New/Old Business
· Frontier – Daniel Collings –Frontier is preparing to start construction on the project sometime early in 2024
· Pond Bids/Lawn Bids: All bids will be reviewed and voted on at the annual meeting in December.
· Cats roam the community: We will forward to Stanz to get clarification on the cat issue.
· 3213 EB: We will move forward with the intent to lien
· Committees: Board members are allowed to serve on other committees, the committee must meet separately from the board, all violations would have to be voted on and approved by the board.
