- Approval of Prior Minutes, motion to approve prior minutes
- Purpose of meeting
New/Old Business
- Retention Wall Washouts-proposal from southern management services, 4 area that need to be repaired
- Storm Trees Removal-proposal from southern management and , cross cut just tree removal
- Fence Repair-Claim/$1,000.00 deductible with 2% wind damage coverage, we will confirm the amount that will be owed.
- Violations-we will continue to send out reminders on violations
- Bid Reviews-Addendum-motion was passed to approve the following bids: Southern Management Services of Fl for wall maintenance and other services. Cross cut and Lake Doctors
- Budget Review-$3,741.75 uncollectible assessment, new proposed budget was approved, a motion was unanimously passed to increase The Enclave H.O.A dues to $535.00
- Patrol Update- suspended until further notice, a vote will be needed to add back into the budget.
- Motion was passed unanimously to include a reminder about yard sign violations to all the residence. This is to be sent out with the December meeting notice
