Meeting called to order at 7:01 pm
Present: Walt, Don, Craig, Missy, Gary, Eddie
Read minutes from the last meeting – approved
Missy presented the financials:
11 homes with Balance due of $6,783.51 ($40-$1,579.56)
Cash on hand $85,183.95
New Business
Pond Maintenance – Dave is working out of state. Gary has not heard back and Robert’s contractor. Has a huge contract which will take precedence over our “small” repairs.
Retaining wall – We discussed our Management team repairing the wash outs again and having someone come put dirt over our repairs. We also discussed having Denise/Bethany seeking bids from 4 contractors. Robert is looking at equipment rental for us.
Old Business
Pointe West – Legal Update – once our check that was requested for the retainer to the attorney has been received then he will send notice and begin litigation.
Next meeting will be held on August 10, 2021 at 7pm at the clubhouse.
