- Approval of Minutes for February 18 Board meeting – Unanimously Approved
- Purpose of Meeting
– Discussed work completed on Imperial Manor Way (Retention Pond area G)
– Discussed work completed on back wall by Board members and 56 bags of concrete (and the need to be back-filled)
– Discussed the Feb. 28 walk through with Bill, no other failed ponds – just need to do some upkeep work in some areas
– Accepted bid for 5 skimmers – will order and Board members will install
– Discussion to allow management company to extend dues up to June 30 – motion made and carried
– Imperial Manor Way washout discussed and tabled to April 28 meeting
– Garage Sale Date set for May 16
– Trim palms along Imperial Lakes and Blackwater Oaks; Branch Managers bid accepted for $350.00
