Craig read last meeting minutes, approved
Missy presented Financials:
90 homes with a balance but 114 accounts (aged AR)
63 homes on 2 payment plan for 2021.
Total due $25,892.26
Cash on hand $88,238.94
Old business:
Lot 195 has not presented their engineering report and has not replied.
Point West has been sent a letter and has until 3/24/21 to reply (pond G)
-pending estimates from parties RE: the back retaining wall washouts.
Police: no status update for March yet
New:
Community yard sale – suggested 4/24/21 – approved – to be added to social media, put out signs and have Mgmt. Company to post.
Presented current community inspection
Residents present had no questions
