New/Old Business
● Budget Review: AR $7,154.97, operating budget $88,702.10,
● Pond H Washouts: – Found Sunday, we will have Billy review and give recommendation on temporary repair.
● Tree down: We will have Billy give a quote on the down tree removal.
● Fence Insurance: Motion was passed to cancel the fence policy or drop the fence rider/endorsement.
● Violations: Motion passed to send status letter to all residence with tarps on the roofs for an update on repairs
● Bulk Trash update: effective June 5,2023 bulk trash will be picked up on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Bulk trash contact number 863-284-4319
● July 4th: motion was passed to have small U.S.A flags placed at the entrance to the neighborhood.
