HOA Minutes from July 21, 2015
Meeting called to Order 7:00PM
Present: Walt Shapley, Pres.; Ramon Rios, VP; Michelle Chang, Sec., Hugh Reisdorph, Dir.; Lee Reisdorph, Dir.
Verification of Quorum – Yes
Minutes from the May 5, 2015 meeting were read and approved
Treasurers Report- FINANCIAL
– AR was $109,117.92 and now down to 58k
– cash on hand at $81,793 as of June 30.
– 17% of homeowners owe us ranging from $9 to $5731 (49 properties)
Old business:
-Online Pymt link rollout
-North fence is still being used as a pass through- Gary saw a person come when he was mowing so he called police who took a report – 2 slats pulled out
-Repair to bushes at the front – bid $625 from Gary –voted and approved – we will get reimbursed by insurance
-Game camera to be replaced
New Business
-The new garage/shed on Enclave – voted to ignore
-basketball goals on street – just ask owners to move away from street
Next meeting will Sept 22, 2015 7pm at Walt’s house
Then proposed Oct 13, then Nov 10 to approve the budget (bids to include ponds, lawn, insurance, mgmt. company) then annual meeting Dec 12 (note: only 31 people attended last year)
