II. Verification of Quorum: Danny Williiams, Missy Chang, Walt Shappley, Paul Chalue, Craig Parot,Eddie Totorici, Don Brown
III. Approval of Previous Minutes: Approved
IV. Purpose of Meeting:
1. Discussion and approval of Budget: AR $2,893.29, 50% of the amount owed is for 1 home, cash on hand $48,879.00.
Crosscut approved for 2024.
Lake Doctors approved 2024.
Dues stayed the same.

2. Old Business: Billy will start wall repair and washouts at the end of December or the beginning of January prior to the inspection:
3. Election of Board of Directors:At the time of the meeting HCM had received Intent to Run forms from current Board members, Walt, Craig, Danny, Missy, Eddie, Paul. No new Intent forms presented. The one Homeowner that was present volunteered from the floor to resume the 7 th position. 2024 Board Walt, Craig, Danny, Missy, Eddie, Paul and Norberto.
4. New Business: Pond H will be scheduled for repair in 2024 or after. We will also revisit patrols in the community for the speeding issues
