Meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m.

Walt read the prior minutes, Craig moved to accept, Missy 2nd, all approved
Old Business• Craig called for a patrol update. sent 8/5 to the board. Gary provided. Several stops for running the stop sign at the entrance. Stopped 1 person in active “burn-out”, 3 stops, 1 citation. Walt suggested speaking to the officer about citing people who run the stop sign. Gary proposed citations not always needed as they prefer warnings first, then citing with repeat offenders.• Craig indicated that the Enclave/Woodland Meadow pothole has been repaired. • Wash out on IMW has been repaired.
New Business:• Cash $17,134.69 (actual is $12,590)• AR $5892 represented by 13 homes. • We went over the proposed budget line by line item. • We decided to remove the $1800 and the contingency line item• We decided to lower Repairs General from $10k back to $4k• We decided to lower Tree from $2000 to $1000• We decided to lower the Ponds from $20k to $17,500, making our 5 year now an 8 year plan for repairs.• Lowering the budget $11,300, which brings it down $38.96 per home. • Let’s put proposed increase of $140 into the newsletter, and ask home owners to reach out for bids from licensed/insured/bonded entities for our work.
