- Financials: OCO: $143,158.75, 98 Homes owe a balance, 78 Homes on payment plans, 20 Homes no payments to date, Letter were sent Feb 1, 2024 with an intent to lien, it was approved to negotiate you to $50,000 for Billy for the erosion pond repair for Billy, $7,000 was set aside for the fence repair.
- Pond Repairs: We will review to install plants around the retention to help prevent erosion,
- Update on Pond Inspection: All 3 ponds that were repaired by Billy passed inspection.
- Spring Yard Sale: Newsletter to go out advising the yard sale will be on April 20, 2024, Bulk trash pick-up April 23, 2024, and to advise about the pond repair that has been completed
