Minutes from the October 29, 2014 meeting were read and approved by Eileen Weber and Ramon Rios 2nd.
TREASURERS REPORT
As of November 2014 we have a balance of $ 33,406.57
There are 58 homes that still have outstanding balances
There are 37 homes with a balance of greater than 1 years dues
80% are current
7% are trying to pay
14 homes are in Foreclosure
Budget approved and 2nd
We are going to be more aggressive in collecting past due balances in 2015.
OLD BUSINESS
The new sign will be installed on the right side of the roadway on Imperial Parkway. There was too much red tape to erect the sign in the median.
Sheets were given out for the purpose of judging the Christmas lighting contest. Sheets need to be turned into Susan no later than December 19 so the winners can be determined and prizes can be given out to the winners by December 23, 2014. If there is a tie the board will get together to rejudge those homes.
NEW BUSINESS
The County needs to be contacted regarding the road repair on Enclave Blvd.
Complaint was made regarding children being dropped off by the school bus at the corner of Imperial Parkway and Enclave Blvd. Children are vandalizing the property on the corner and cars are parking along the road where its dangerous for other cars to go around them. Homeowner was instructed to contact the Board of Transportation for the School Board.
Gary (Silver Star Lawn Maintenance) will take care of the ants and weeds along the easements instead of hiring an outside contractor to do the job. Silver Star will be reimbursed for the cost of the materials. Gary will not charge for the service.
ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Susan Chang joined the board and will take on the roll of Secretary.
