Updated Financial report was given and approved.
New Business
Still issues with Go Kart riding through the dry pond in the front and tearing it apart. But since rain they have stopped.
The back cul de sac on IMW and retention pond grass was getting high. Gary contracted Cross Cutters to clean it up. They came in and cleaned up with the exception of behind Enclave because they got stuck due to the mud and rain.
Second Yard sale for the year Oct 7th. This will be advertised on Mulberry Yard Sale (facebook), Craigslist, and Ledger.
Have Denise contact the Clubhouse for the board meetings.
The next 2 meetings are:
Meeting Oct 3rd at 7pm at the Imperial Lakes Club house to review the contract
Meeting Nov 8th at 7pm at the Imperial Lakes Club house to approve the budget for next year.
